01 — Overview

What ScoreSheet does

ScoreSheet swaps the paper match sheet for an app on your phone or tablet, built for real match-day conditions: bright sun, one hand free, no time to fuss.

Ready on match day: a Referee / Match Commissioner opens the app and the matches the league appointed them to are on the home screen, under a practice match to try first.
Team sheets from the coaches: each coach fills in the team sheet for the next match on a picture of the pitch, and both sheets are on the match card before kick-off.
Record once: the match report, the SSFL papers, the standings, and the GameDay fan pages all come from that one record.
Run the league: the league office appoints officials, follows every match of the day on one page, and reads every report. Tournaments get their own hub with fixtures, standings, and a branded page for fans.

How it connects

ScoreSheet records the match. GameDay brings it to fans: live scores, both team sheets, Predict and Trivia, results, and branded tournament pages published straight from the admin hub. Commentators read the same record in the Commentator's Cockpit, on GameDay at gameday868.com/cockpit.

02 — Access

Sign in & user roles

The working parts of ScoreSheet (home, leagues, teams, the match card, and admin) ask you to sign in. People are invited by email from Accounts in the Admin hub, with the role they need, and land right where they were headed after they sign in. A saved match report can be shared by link and read without an account, and fans never need an account to follow a match on GameDay.

Role	What they do
Referee / Match Commissioner	Works the match card for each match the league appoints them to: the ground and pitch checks, the team check, recording the match, and the match report with their signature. On an SSFL match the report fills in the league's own papers. They can open any team's list, view only.
Coach / Team manager	Fills in and saves the team sheet for each match, keeps the team's players and staff, and prints or sends the team list as a PDF. Each coach has a practice match to try it on first.
League office (ScoreSheet admin)	Appoints the Referee / Match Commissioner and assistants for every match, follows match day live, sends in photos of the match papers, invites people, and can change any team sheet or make the SSFL papers again after a correction.
Organiser · Lead Match Commissioner	Reads every match report in their competition, and Discipline: every card shown, read only. An Organiser can also add coaches and Referees / Match Commissioners in their competition from Accounts.
Tournament operator	Runs tournaments from the admin hub: teams, fixtures, officials, standings, branding, and publishing to GameDay. Operators can invite co-admins to help run one tournament.
Trivia admin	Writes and manages Trivia questions and sponsor quizzes.

03 — Start here

Your first match in three steps

From opening the app to a saved match report, for a Referee / Match Commissioner. Each step is explained in full under Features, and press by press under How-to guides.

Find your match

Open scoresheet868.com and sign in. The home screen has a Practice match with made-up teams at the top, then Your matches, the ones the league appointed you to. Looking for another? Use Find a fixture.
Check the line and record

Both coaches' team sheets are already on the match card. Work through the team check (the colours, each team's players and staff), press Kick Off, and record goals, cards, and substitutions with four big buttons that are easy to read in sunlight.
Sign and save the report

At Full Time, sign and save the match report. On an SSFL match, ScoreSheet fills in the league's Match Summary, Match Commissioner Report, and Referee's Match Report from the record; in the SSFL boys' league, it emails them to the league. Fans on GameDay followed it all as it happened.

Matchday home

Open the app and the day's work is waiting. The home screen leads with a Practice match, then Your matches: the matches the league appointed you to.

The practice match has made-up teams and every step of a real one. Try it as often as you like; Reset takes it back to before the team sheets. Under Your matches, Your activity lists every match you worked on, each opening its report, and Find a fixture searches the rest. When a match is moved to another official, the one it was moved off is told, and a match newly given to you is marked New.

Sign in and you land on the home screen.
Open the practice match once before your first real one.
On match day, open your match from Your matches and work through its steps.

Leagues & fixtures

Browse competitions, then open any league to see its fixtures and teams.

Each league page opens with Up Next, the matches you are most likely there for: your assignment, near you, today, starting soon, and live now. Below it, Fixtures lists the next two match days with both teams' crests. Choose Completed to see finished matches, or choose a season to see an earlier one, a search-and-filter bar once a season has more than three fixtures, and an Add Fixture button (F09). Choosing a team's name or crest opens a quick preview (recent form, next fixture, and squad size) with a link through to the full team page. Teams lists every team in the league. Every match time is shown in Trinidad time, whatever the device is set to.

Open a competition to see its league page.
On Fixtures, search or filter to find a match, or press Add Fixture.
On Teams, open any team's page, or, as an admin, add a new team to the league.

Step by step, for each job

The guides ScoreSheet shows under the ? in its header, by who does the job. Each opens in ScoreSheet with its steps and a short video.

For Referees and Match Commissioners

Finding your matchOpen the match you are working, and practise first.
Working through your stepsCheck the ground, mark who is here, count the crowd and sign.
Checking the line before kick offCheck the colours, then look over each team. Hold back any player who cannot play yet.
Adding photos to your notesYou can add photos to a note on a check of the ground or pitch, to a hold on a player, to a colours clash and to your match notes. Photos are optional.
Looking at any team's listA Referee / Match Commissioner can open any team's list and read it: the names, the shirt numbers, and the positions. View only.
Kick off, half time and full timeOne button, top right of the score, runs the match.
Setting the clock to the right minuteTapped Kick Off late? Set the clock to the minute the match is really at.
Recording a goalGoal, team, shirt number, Confirm. The score changes straight away.
Recording a cardYellow or Red, team, shirt number, Confirm.
The reason for a cardA yellow or red card can now have its reason, by the same letters as the paper Match Commissioner Report. The reason is optional.
Recording a substitutionSub, team, player going off, player coming on. The same order as the paper form.
Fixing something you entered by mistakeChange it or take it out, right on the match card.
Saving the match reportCheck the report, then save it. Saving closes the match.
Who sees the match report's signatureOnce the match report is saved, whoever opens it sees who signed it, when, and the signature itself. Signed in or not.
The SSFL papersOn an SSFL match, ScoreSheet fills in the league's Match Summary, Match Commissioner Report, and Referee's Match Report from the match record. Download all three as one PDF.

For Coaches and Team Admins

Try the practice match firstMade-up teams, your own team sheet to practise on, and Reset to start again.
