ScoreSheet — Data Security Overview

01 — Summary

Caribbean Sports AI runs two connected products. ScoreSheet is where officials record matches and file official reports. GameDay gives fans live scores, predictions, trivia, and winner announcements. What officials record on the pitch is the single source of truth — the fan features simply read from it. All data lives on a trusted, professionally run cloud service, travels over encrypted connections, and is locked down so people see and change only what their role allows — both in the app and in the database behind it.

02 — What we store

Data categories

Match operations — team names, rosters, live events (goals, cards, substitutions), scores, match reports, and referee/official details.
Competition admin — tournament registrations, match schedule details, and which manager runs each team.
Fan engagement — nicknames, score predictions, trivia answers, and leaderboard standings. We ask for contact details (email or phone) only when a fan chooses to give them — for example, to claim a prize — and we never show them on public leaderboards.
Operator accounts — verified email login for referees, team managers, and league administrators.

We never sell match or fan data. We use it only to run the experience you set up on the platform and develop the products.
